Service Description

FIRSTIE™ University is a 6-week group coaching masterclass and professional development for Black and Latinx professionals. This course aims at helping participants become better leaders and prepares them to take on roles with increased leadership and responsibilities. Note: This is not an actual graduate school program affiliated with a college or university. There are no academic credits required or gained from the 6-week course. Participants who have an undergraduate, graduate degree or no degree at all will still benefit greatly from the course. We will host weekly info sessions each Sunday at 6pm CST so that you can learn more and ask questions.
